For 23 years, The Porch newsletter was my way of showing up … month after month … offering reflections on life, leadership, and the essence of integrity.

In December of 2023, I intentionally stopped.

Not as an ending … but as a clearing.

Because sometimes the most honest thing we can do is create space … not to force what’s next, but to let it emerge in its own time.

And something has been emerging.

In that quiet, the Whispers of Integrity became a daily practice across my social media channels. Today, I posted Whisper #1400 — which feels both impossible and perfectly fitting.

This season also marks something personal: I’ve stepped into my 30th year since making the decision to begin my speaking journey. I couldn’t have predicted where it would lead — but I can recognize what it has always been about: an invitation into the richest essence of integrity… wholeness.

Little did I know the 30th year would arrive in a time when we need wholeness more than ever.

So consider this a bridge.

Right now, there is nothing you need to do.

In mid-January, you’ll receive one clear email—what’s changing, what’s continuing, and how to stay connected. You’ll have a simple choice then—stay connected, or quietly step away.

My hope is that you will stay … and that you will find this ride to be a much bigger adventure than just sitting on the porch!
