The linchpin in the process of building Return on Integrity in an organization is no one other than the leader at the very top. Building ROI … at the intersection of personal and organizational core values … can come from a grassroots effort. It’s just not the ideal approach, and the results of that approach are rarely sustainable. It also undermines the credibility of a top leader who has to be led to their own core by their followers! No one can do it for them.
