An Experience for Clarity in Unclear Times

Integrity is always important. Yet, in times of uncertainty – including a heartbreaking experience of division — our deeper understanding of integrity is more important than ever. The meaningful navigation of the turbulence we face, in so many aspects of our personal lives and throughout the virtual and actual hallways of organizations, will require a deeper grounding individually and collectively. The Circle of Integrity is designed to specifically equip you for this journey.

Through this experience, you will rediscover the potential of integrity in a whole new way —  in a way that leaves the classic compliance definitions of “honesty” and “what you do when no one is watching” in the rearview mirror.

In a world of speed, change and disruption, it can be a challenge to be whole, entire and undiminished. Yet, you can be.  It’s dangerous to make assumptions about the state and depth of our own integrity. But we often do.  We risk wasting a priceless resource when left unclear and untapped. The Circle of Integrity is an opportunity for you to unleash and begin your own journey to the one essential thing. The Circle of Integrity doesn’t make it easier. It makes it possible.

You will develop a whole new understanding of core values and a new appreciation for the value they create. You will discover how their value brings value to everything you do … and impacts everyone you meet. You will begin the journey to experience a whole new level of core clarity and a pathway to take you there. For this journey, there are no prerequisites and there is no pre-work to prep-up.. You will never find a perfect time … but if you decide to make the time … in this experience, you will find you!

VIRTUAL CIRCLE OF INTEGRITY experience

The Cohorts for 2025 will be announced in JANUARY 2025.

The Virtual Cohort allows you to experience the CIRCLE right where you are … while allowing the content to breathe over FIVE 90-minute sessions. This gives each participant a chance to internalize the content week-to-week leading to powerful and meaningful discussions across the sessions.  In addition to the FIVE Cohort Sessions, the CIRCLE EXPERIENCE also includes:

  • A 30-minute 1:1 virtual session with John Blumberg for each participant offered at a mutually agreed upon time sometime in the 60 days following the 5th and final session.
  • Copy of Return On Integrity: The Individual’s Journey to the One Essential Thing provided to each participant to use throughout the sessions and in a self-guided pathway after the cohort.
  • A set of five 30-minute content recap videos provided (one per week) for the five weeks following each virtual session.
  • A daily “Whisper of Integrity” is provided for 30 days following the 5th and final session.

 

IN-PERSON CIRCLE OF INTEGRITY experience

The next in-person experience will be at the Morton Arboretum in Spring 2025.

There is so much to be said for being in-person at the beautiful Morton Arboretum in Lisle, IL. It is a most fitting place for the Circle of Integrity considering that a significant part of Return On Integrity was written on premise at the Arboretum! While the content and experience are condensed into a concentrated deep-dive in this full-day session, features and guidelines are provided to enhance the possibility for the experience to breathe over the following several weeks with an abundance of opportunity for discernment and self-guided continuity.

  • A 30-minute 1:1 session with John Blumberg for each participant offered at a mutually agreed upon time sometime in the 45 days following this full-day in-person session.
  • Copy of Return On Integrity: The Individual’s Journey to the One Essential Thing is provided to each participant with a guide to use in a structured way following this full-day session.
  • A set of five 30-minute content recap videos provided (one per week) for the five weeks following this full-day in-person session.
  • A daily  “Whisper of Integrity” is provided via text for 30 days following the full-day in-person session.
